RETURNS

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will only accept returns or exchanges for items sent in error or in the wrong way (the product sent is not the same as the one you purchased).
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer without first contacting us. (Via Chat, email or FB Messenger)
Not eligible for return:
*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless we have sent you the wrong item.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if the item we shipped was not the item you purchased.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipment
(We will not accept returned products without first having communicated with us via Chat, email or Messenger FB.
Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
It is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
Every product is verified before being shipped and is packaged taking all due precautions so that it arrives in optimal conditions. We are not responsible for damages that may occur during the shipping process via Postal Mail.
